Jim Kaskade, BOD member, Enterprise Agentic AI and GTM Strategy.

Jim Kaskade is a technology executive with over 30 years of experience spanning six major technology waves of semiconductors, enterprise data warehousing, Big Data/analytics, cloud, identity and access management, and agentic AI.

Jim’s career encompasses leadership roles across 2x PE-backed, 5x VC-backed, 3x publicly traded, and 3x EIR positions, managing operational scopes ranging from $22M to over a $1B annual revenue.

Most recently, Jim served as Chairman and CEO of Conversica, an enterprise agentic AI company. Over his tenure at Conversica, he rebuilt the GTM motion, and transformed the business from a high-burn SMB vendor into an enterprise category leader with 30% YoY mid-market and enterprise ARR growth.

Prior to Conversica, Jim led Janrain, a Forrester Wave #1 Customer Identity and Access Management platform, where he transformed the company that resulted in a successful exit (acquired by Akamai).
